JAR Pay Assist Services provides the following payment facilitation services:

BBPS Bill Payments (electricity, water, gas, insurance)
Credit Card Bill Payments
Utility Bill Payments
Mobile, DTH and Broadband Recharge
FASTag Wallet Recharge
EMI Collection Services

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information during transactions
Keeping login credentials confidential and secure
Reporting unauthorized transactions immediately
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are subject to availability and real-time network conditions. Transaction charges, if applicable, will be displayed before confirmation. Once initiated, transactions cannot be cancelled mid-process.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal transactions
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
Use automated bots or scripts to access services
Impersonate other users or misrepresent identity

6. Limitation of Liability

JAR Pay Assist Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our liability is limited to the transaction amount in question.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law
